A Change is Gonna Come

Nine of Carl Lewis' ten Olympic medals. He had the first one buried with his father.

The museum is so expansive, I didn't know this existed until my third visit. This is the underside of the fountain in front of the entrance to the museum. Ingenious. Spectacular. Just completely stunning.

I would have spent another full day in the museum and still not seen this if not for the pretty lady here adding the pop of color. She knew there was a fountain in there somewhere because she'd seen pictures of it, so we kept looking until we found it.
